Broader membership for two stevedoring participants

Both Logistec and QSL are expanding their Green Marine membership to more terminals. QSL independently certified a fourth terminal, QSL Grande-Anse, in Saguenay for the 2017 results, and Logistec entered four of its US terminals within the program and will achieve certification for their Balterm, Brunswick, New London and Port Manatee location next year.
